When I first found the Grand Master in China, I would wake up very early in the morning and all the people there would be outside doing various physical movements.
Before I was accepted to be trained, I had no idea what they were doing, but I would just copy the movements because I wanted to learn. When I learned these practices from the Grand Master he showed me how they were uniquely powerful when done in a very specific way. I started to notice this huge energetic boost from doing them. And this really surprised me because I was very experienced, as many of you might be, with many styles of movement and martial arts.
The subtleties of these movements were very, very challenging. So I am truly honored to share these Source Energy physical practices with you so that you can start right now having success. The physical movements I am going to show you are designed to activate the flow of energy in specific parts of your body. It’s best to do them attentively.
Don’t let yourself go unconscious. And that takes practice. Staying alert to how each part of your body feels while you are doing them. Because the biggest benefits come from you being more and more aware to the subtle and precise movements that are uniquely connecting you to Source Energy.
The best times of the day to do these practices are first thing in the morning, and throughout the afternoon and evening. You can expect to feel more alert, focused, and clear-minded after doing them, so please do them as many times as you want for an energy boost.
