Thank you so much for being flexible and gracious with your availability and the facilitation jobs you receive.
Your excitement and willingness to help is most appreciated!
The team schedule has been carefully designed to facilitate the flow of Energy in the house for the Participants and Dr. B. Our goal is for the Participants to have a positive life-changing experience throughout and for Dr. B to be successful in his work.
Your flexibility, openness to try new duties, step out of your comfort zone, follow the guidelines, and stay connected to the Energy make all the difference!
Sometimes the schedule will change during the event as the Energy shifts to support the success of the event. In preparation for this, please prepare by reviewing your duties plus the duties of your team mates so that you are ready if game time job changes occur.
Please review your role and any roles of your immediate team members (i.e. If you are on the Participant Team, please read your role description, the role for the Greeters, plus the Participant Team Lead role). There is no requirement to read the entire Guide.

If you choose to read more of the Guide—fabulous! What an Energy ninja you are!

The Guide—Your facilitation job description
The Facilitation Guide is updated before every Treatment event and contains the guidelines for your job. It has been created with much love and wisdom gathered over many years.
All the information in the Guide is provided for your success. It is a resource to review prior to and throughout your facilitation duties. Dr.B asks that you work from this document so that you don’t have to make things up as you go and can easily remember your tasks by referring back to this document while you are facilitating.
You will be asked to read a portion of your role in the Guide out loud on your individual training call with a senior facilitator. This process is energized for you by Dr. B and very often stimulates new questions or clarity for you to be successful in your job. Also:
- Please review your role prior to your individual training call with a senior facilitator.
- Please print out the portion of the Guide pertaining to your specific role and bring it with you to the Treatment event on the day you are scheduled to facilitate.
